Returns
It’s my goal to ensure you’re completely happy with your new art! If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact me right away and include photos so I can file an insurance claim. You’ll have the option to choose a replacement piece or receive a refund (excluding shipping fees).
If you’re unsatisfied with the artwork, you may return it within 7 business days. Please make sure the painting is repackaged exactly as it arrived, and feel free to reuse the original packaging. I will send you the return address for shipping. The cost of return shipping, like all shipping fees, is your responsibility. Once I receive the artwork in perfect condition, you can either get a refund (minus shipping costs) or choose a new piece of equal or lesser value. If you’d like to preview how a painting will look in your space, send me a straight-on photo of the area along with wall measurements, and I’ll create a mock-up for you.
Please note, for custom commissions, all sales are final. You’ll have multiple opportunities to request adjustments during the process, but once the piece is complete, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
